How Markdown to PDF Works
Drop a .md file or paste your Markdown, and the tool converts it to plain text with structural formatting preserved. Headers become uppercase labels. Bold and italic markers are stripped. Links show the URL in parentheses. The formatted text is then paginated into a PDF with Courier font.
You control page size (A4 or Letter), font size (8–24pt), and margins on all four sides. Word wrapping is automatic. The PDF generates in your browser and downloads directly.

What Markdown Syntax Is Supported
Headers (# through ######) become uppercase labels. Bold and italic markers are stripped. Links show as "text (url)". Images become [Image: alt text] placeholders. Unordered and ordered lists are preserved. Code blocks have their fences removed. Horizontal rules, blockquotes, and task lists are supported.
Complex Markdown like nested tables, footnotes, and HTML blocks may be simplified. The tool aims for readable output, not a pixel-perfect recreation of a rendered Markdown page.
