Real people, real addresses, no ticket portal.

Email support

Email is the main channel and the one to use for anything involving an account, a licence key, a refund, a privacy request or a bug you want tracked. It is read by the person who maintains the project.

Direct channels

OxygenPDF is built by one independent developer, and these are that developer's public channels. They are good for a quick question, a feature idea or a conversation about the project. Anything that needs a paper trail — billing, licensing, a data request — belongs in email instead.

Reporting a bug

A report that carries the following is usually fixable on the first reply. One that does not costs a round trip:

  • The tool slug — the last part of the URL, for example compress-pdf or pdf-to-excel.
  • Your browser and version, or the desktop app version and operating system.
  • Whether the file was password-protected, which routes through a different code path and explains a large share of the reports that cannot be reproduced.
  • What you expected and what happened instead, plus any error text shown on screen.

Please do not attach the PDF itself. Documents are processed on your device and never reach us, so a copy is not needed to investigate — and sending one would hand over a file that the product exists to keep private.

Response times

This is a one-person project, not a staffed support desk, so there is no service-level agreement to promise and none is offered. Every message is read, and the aim is a reply within a couple of business days. A message sent over a weekend or a public holiday will usually wait until the following week.

Where the business operates from

OxygenPDF is operated from Indonesia by its founder. There is no office to visit and no postal address published, because there is no premises to publish — the honest version of a contact page for a one-person project is the set of channels above, all of which reach the same person.

Before you write

A good share of questions are already answered without waiting for a reply:

  • Support — the self-serve FAQ, including account and billing basics.
  • About — what the product is, who builds it and how it is funded.
  • Privacy Policy — what is collected, by whom, and what never leaves your device.
  • Terms of Service — the agreement covering the site and the app.
