• Local Processing: Most PDF operations are performed entirely in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly use AI-powered features.
• PDF Tools: Merge, split, compress, convert, sign, protect, and manipulate PDF files.
• No Account Required: Core functionality is available without creating an account.

3. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is fundamental to our service:

• Local Processing: Files processed using our standard tools never leave your device. All processing happens in your browser.
• AI Features: When using AI-powered features, files may be temporarily processed on secure servers. These files are deleted immediately after processing.
• No Storage: We do not store, collect, or retain your PDF files or their contents.
• Analytics: We collect minimal, anonymized usage analytics to improve our service. This does not include any file content or personal information.

4. User Responsibilities

When using OxygenPDF, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Ensure you have the right to process any files you upload or modify.
• Not use the Service to process files containing illegal content.
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OxygenPDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the files you process using our Service. We claim no ownership or rights over your content.

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OxygenPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
