Does this preserve my layers?

No. The PDF shows the flattened composite — the finished image as Photoshop renders it. Layers, masks, and smart objects are merged into a single image per page.

Do I need Photoshop installed?

No. The file is decoded by a JavaScript PSD parser running in your browser. Nothing is uploaded and no Adobe software is required.

Can I convert multiple PSDs into one PDF?

Yes. Drop several files, drag them into the order you want, and each becomes one page in a single PDF.

Why did my PSD fail to load?

The most common cause is a file saved without Maximize Compatibility — that file has no flattened composite to read. Re-save it in Photoshop with the option enabled. PSB (large document format) files are not supported.

What happens to transparency?

Transparent areas composite onto a white background, matching how the artwork would look printed on paper.

Is my artwork uploaded to a server?

No. Parsing, rendering, and PDF assembly all run locally in your browser. Close the tab and nothing remains.

What image quality does the PDF use?

Each composite is embedded as a JPEG at the quality you choose (default 92%). Raise it for print work, lower it for a smaller file.

Flattened Composite — Layers Are Not Preserved

The output shows each file exactly as it looks when flattened: every visible layer, mask, and adjustment baked into a single image. Layers, smart objects, and editability do not carry over — a PDF cannot represent them. If you need the editable file, send the PSD itself.

One caveat: the composite is only present when the PSD was saved with Maximize Compatibility (the Photoshop default). Files saved without it have no flattened image to read, and the tool will tell you to re-save the file rather than guess at a render.

Page Size and Ordering

Fit to image keeps each page at the artwork's pixel dimensions. A4 and Letter scale the composite to fit inside a standard sheet with a configurable margin, and orientation can follow each image or be forced to portrait or landscape.
