Which email formats are supported?

Both standard formats: .eml files (exported by Gmail, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and most clients) and .msg files (Microsoft Outlook's native format).

What does the PDF include?

The message headers (From, To, Subject, Date — plus CC and BCC if you enable them), the fully styled HTML body with inline images, and an attachment section. You control which of these appear in the settings.

What happens to attachments?

Three options: list them by name in the PDF, embed them inside the PDF file so they can be extracted later, or append PDF and image attachments as extra pages at the end of the document.

Are inline images preserved?

Yes. Images embedded in the HTML body — signatures, logos, screenshots — are rendered in place in the PDF, not stripped out or moved to an attachment list.

Can I change how the date is shown?

Yes. Choose a long or short date format, and render the timestamp in the sender's original timezone or converted to your local one.

Why is BCC greyed out for my message?

Most emails — especially received ones — simply do not carry a BCC field. If the parsed message has no BCC header, the option is disabled with a note explaining why.

Can I convert more than one email at a time?

The tool processes one message per conversion so each PDF gets its own settings. Convert a file, download, then drop in the next one.

Is my email uploaded to a server?

No. Parsing, rendering and PDF generation all run locally in your browser. Your message never leaves your device.
